AMA is committed to customer satisfaction, our returns policy has been put together in-line with our responsibilities under the guidelines of ACCC and the Australian Consumer Law

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return (at the expense of the Customer) the unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 

Freight Restocking Fee – orders that take advantage of the ‘Free Freight over $99’ promotion will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or the actual postage cost incurred by AMA (whichever is lower) if the returned items reduce the original order total to below $99.

Promotional Discount Codes - if a promotional code was applied to the original order that required a minimum spend to obtain a discount, the order must remain above this minimum spend after returns are processed. If returned items reduce the  original order total below the minimum spend the promotional discount will be forfeited.

The returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt, be un-used, in its complete and original packaging.

 

Faulty Items

Customer satisfaction is our priority at AMA and we are committed to processing claims for faulty items as promptly as possible.

If you believe you have a faulty item that requires assessment for repair, replacement or refund, by our warranty department, please call our online sales team on 07 3386 1600 and they will assist you in arranging return of your item.

Returns or exchanges of Online Purchases may be made in person or by post.

Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage costs incurred with returning any items for exchange or warranty.
